Why Hinfact · Manifesto & film

Aviationis people.

Our manifesto in full, from the machine to the people, from one person to the whole of aviation. And three minutes to discover Hinfact on film.

The manifesto

The most advanced aircraft in history still depend on people. And that’s a good thing.

For a hundred years, aviation has learned from its machines. Every flight recorded. Every part traced. Every incident studied.

Aircraft became safer. Engines more reliable. Systems smarter.

But aviation is not a machine

It is people,making decisions.

  1. 01

    A technician

who notices what no checklist asked for, before an aircraft leaves the hangar.

  2. 02

    A dispatcher

who rebuilds a schedule in the middle of the night.

  3. 03

    A cabin crew member

who turns a tense cabin calm.

  4. 04

    An instructor

who sees what a score can’t show.

  5. 05

    A pilot

    who decides to go around.

What we believe

People are not the weak link of aviation. They are how it adapts.

Every minute, everywhere, people make the decisions that keep aviation working.

And yet, they are still what we understand least.

Where we come from

From the labto where aviation works.

We come from Human Factors, the science of how people perceive, decide and act.

We took it out of the lab, and into the places where aviation works: the flight deck, the hangar, the cabin, the operations room.

Our promise

We observe performanceto support people.

Any company that looks at human performance has to say what it is for. This is our answer.

  1. Not

    to watch them.

  2. Not

    to replace them.

  3. But

to help them grow from everything they do.

Our approach →

Every day, aviation creates experience

Who canlearn from it?

  1. 01

A person can learn from it.

What one professional lives becomes their own progress.

  2. 02

An organization can learn from it.

What one person lives reaches colleagues who were not there.

  3. 03

And one day, aviation as a whole could learn from it, together.

Lessons shared between organizations, while the people they come from stay protected.

The Human Performance Loop

Four steps.Every day.

The loop that turns what happens on the line into progress, for people and for the organizations they work for.

  1. Perform.

People do the work: in flight, in the hangar, in the cabin, in operations.

  2. Observe.

What happens is recorded, in settings known to the people concerned.

  3. Understand.

The data is read, discussed and explained, by people who know the job.

  4. Develop.

It becomes training, a decision, a better way of working.

Why adaptive training makes flying safer.

Behind the scenes of Hinfact: where the company comes from, why we believe training that adapts to each person is the key to safer flying, and what we are building next.
