Hosting
The platform runs on a major cloud provider’s infrastructure in the European Union by default, with a separate backup on top.
Access
Each person sees what their role requires. Roles and permissions are set up with you, and single sign-on is available.
In transit and at rest
Connections are encrypted, and our security measures are reviewed regularly as part of our ISO 27001 certification.
Offline, safely
Data captured offline on a tablet stays in the app until it syncs back to the platform.

Ethics

Hinfact measures performance to support people. These rules apply to every product, including Sense and any use of AI.

No automatic grading
Our tools propose, show and explain. They never grade in the instructor’s place or decide in the professional’s.
Behaviour, not thoughts
Hinfact Sense measures what a crew does: gaze, voice, fatigue. Never what they think or feel.
Report to understand
In Safety & Ops, people report to understand events, never to be sanctioned.
AI that shows its work
When we use AI, it finds patterns and suggests. People bring the context and make the call.
Only what we can show
We describe the capabilities we have published and demonstrated. When we don’t know yet, we say so.
