Many training organisations still run on paper forms, spreadsheets and tools that don’t talk to each other.
The context
The organisation runs its training on paper and scattered tools. It needs to move to a digital training management system, connect the tools it already uses, and save time at every stage of a session.
The challenges
- 01
Moving from paper to a digital training management system
- 02
Connecting all existing training tools
- 03
Saving time by digitising every stage of a session
- 04
Getting instructors involved in the training process
What Hinfact provided
Hinfact Training was deployed in the cloud and configured to the organisation’s workflows. A dedicated product engineer worked alongside the training manager from the first day, including in discussions with the authority and during audits. Existing syllabi and training records were migrated, so nothing started from zero, and the Hinfact team trained every instructor and standardised their grading.
How it works day to day
- 01
Digitise the grading
Instructors grade in the app during the session. No more paper forms to collect and retype.
- 02
Keep every record
Each session, assessment and resource is tracked in one place, with a full audit trail.
- 03
Export what matters
Session data collected and exported for reviews and for the authority.
The outcome
Live in two months, with paper gone from the training cycle.
The organisation manages its programmes on its own, with less administrative work for everyone involved. Grading is standardised across instructors, and course design and delivery take less time and cost less.
