A training centre runs the programmes of many operators, each with its own syllabus, instructors and requirements.

The context

The centre needs to modernise and digitise how it manages training, and to cut an administrative load that grows with every new customer. It also wants to grow its revenue with new services: course memberships, and resources, content and data shared with other Hinfact Training users.

The challenges

  1. 01

Moving to an automated training management system

  2. 02

Diversifying its services to increase income

  3. 03

Improving efficiency and reducing administrative work

  4. 04

Getting instructors involved in the training process

What Hinfact provided

Hinfact Training was deployed in the cloud and configured to the organisation’s workflows. A dedicated product engineer worked alongside the training manager from the first day, including in discussions with the authority and during audits. Existing syllabi and training records were migrated, so nothing started from zero, and the Hinfact team trained every instructor and standardised their grading.

How it works day to day

  1. 01

    One environment, every customer

Each operator’s programmes live side by side, with their own syllabus and grading.

  2. 02

    Plan the resources

Simulators, rooms and instructors planned across customers, with qualifications checked automatically.

  3. 03

    Open new services

E-learning content created and delivered in the LMS, with participation and results tracked.

The outcome

Live in two months, with a new source of income on top.

The services the centre now offers bring in new revenue. Manual tasks have dropped, every activity is traceable for the authority, grading is standardised across instructors, and course design and delivery cost less time and money.

Framing

Before the contract
  1. 01

    Understand your needs

Your programmes, your regulation, your goal: a move to EBT or CBTA, for example.

  2. 02

    Demo in a real environment

The product shown where training happens, in the simulator.

  3. 03

    Scope the project

Implementation strategy and the integrations it needs.

  4. 04

    Tailored offer

A proposal and a contract built around that scope.
